Programs offered for all ages including, art, sports, fitness, workshops, and other community resources. May also be visited as a warming center during extreme cold weather, or cooling center during extreme heat advisories, during open hours only.

Programs designed to enhance families' ability to participate in a multicultural society. Includes preschool and youth programs to enhance academic achievement and bicultural identity, as well as bilingual parent education, family counseling and caregiver support to help bridge generational and cultural differences.  After-school program includes: -  Homework guidance -  Academic enrichment activities & school collaboration -  Bilingual & bicultural identity development -  Social life skills and community awareness building -  Computer literacy activities -  Leadership skills and service learning -  Family and school collaboration -  Mentoring for youth with adjustment difficulties -  Summer activities and field trips

The program is specifically designed for families facing difficult life circumstances and parents who desire to develop family-building skills. Parenting Class: Parents learn the Positive Behavior Intervention Supports system, used by many school districts. Parents have the opportunity to connect on a deeper level not only with their own families, but with their peers. Kids Groups: Kids learn the life skills necessary to understand, talk about, and cope with what is happening in their lives in healthy, positive ways. Kids meet at the same time as Parenting Class.

Offers a variety of preschool, afterschool, and enrichment classes such as art and dance at locations throughout the community.

Provides a community events calendar, magazine, and website which offers information about parent support groups, children's playgroups, family activities and enrichment, camps, and listings of kid-friendly events in Portland, Oregon.

Works to eliminate barriers for children and young adults, ages 0-Adults, that have a developmental disorder, chronic healthcare needs, or cancer in Pacific Northwest communities. Provides access to resources, parent education, development of programs that encourage play, socializations, support systems, and community collaborations with entities that put children's needs first.
