Peer coaches empower people to achieve a solid recovery foundation and achieve life goals. Peer coaches support individuals in recovery from:
- Addiction Issues (chemical/behavioral)
- Mental Health Challenges (short/long term diagnosis, grief & loss)
- Chronic Illness (HIV/Hep C – Newly Dealing/Newly Diagnosed)
Peer coaches are individually matched with people seeking support in their recovery. The matched pair meets for one hour per week for 26 weeks.
Coaches are individuals in recovery who have reached long-term stability.
Peer Employment Connections
Offers weekly peer support groups that support participants to address fears and barriers about returning to work or work through obstacles they are encountering in their job.
Offers vocational assessments, job search tools, resume building, interview preparation, coaching, benefits planning, employment-related clothing and transportation support, and ongoing support for job retention.
Resource Connections
Offers individualized support to identify and access a range of community resources such as housing or medical care.
Participants meet one-to-one with a peer to help make the linkages to essential supports.

A community hub where individuals and parents with children can attend programs and workshops, access community resources, connect with others, and receive information and referrals.
A community hub where individuals and parents with children can attend programs and workshops, access community resources, connect with others, and receive information and referrals. Services vary by location but may include use of the phone, use of the fax, access to applications for subsidized apartments, assistance applying for government programs such as TANF and EBT, and use of the computer work stations. Clients are not able to use the resource center as a mailing address. Some financial assistance is available dependent upon funding and eligibility requirements.

Addresses the needs of children, parents, and families by offering support groups, education, foster care and adoption support, help for guardians, as well as special programs for foster youth and teens.

- Parent Support Classes: offering support groups and classes for parents and families to help educate and support as they're raising their children. Includes: 7 to 10-week Parenting Skills Classes for parents/caregivers of children, 0-18 years of age; and 4-hour Co-Parenting Seminars required by the courts to support parents who are going through divorce or separation and have minor children.
- Adoption Resource: offers adoption counseling for birth mothers who are considering adoption or are interested in more information about adoption. Families learn how the process works, discover future opportunities, and receive support throughout the adoption process.
- Kinship Navigator: provides services to enhance the ability of relatives to provide safe, stable, and a nurturing environment for the children in their care. Services include legal referral regarding custody, financial assistance to reach basic needs, parent education & training, support group, assistance in applying for federal and state subsidies, help with child care, help in navigating through the education system, and information on medical dental, and mental health services.
- Foster Teen Programs: assists youth in acquiring the skills they need in order to live and function effectively on their own. These include interpersonal skills, money management, housing, work and vocational skills.
