Family Support Services and Parenting Classes offered by Kindering Center in Renton
Offers resources for parents of children with disabilities. Includes Father's Network, for fathers of children with disabilities; and SibShops, for siblings of children with disabilities. Provides a series of culturally relevant parent education classes and individual counseling sessions with parents who are experiencing parenting challenges. Classes are available to the general public and focus on child development, stress and anger management, nutrition, health and safety, communication, self-esteem and behavior.

Kindering Center
Provides comprehensive early support (aka early intervention) services for children with developmental delays, disabilities and risk factors and their families, delivered at campuses in Bellevue, Bothell, Renton and Redmond, as well as in homes and community locations. Programs include physical, occupational and speech therapies; special education; preschool; infant mental health; and parent/caregiver and sibling support and education. Special programs offered for children in out-of-home-care, families experiencing homelessness and immigrants/refugees. Kindering serves all families, regardless of financial means.
