Children ages birth to 3 years who are developmentally delayed and suspected of having neurological impairment or cerebral palsy.
M-F, 8am-5pm.

Interpreter services

Call for an appointment with the Intake Coordinator. Agency also connects with homeless service providers to help eliminate barriers to accessing services for children and families facing homelessness.

Description

Supports children and their families with milestones like walking, talking, eating, playing and learning. Offers developmental evaluations with team evaluation, regular re-evaluations and communication with child's physician. Treatment includes year-round special education, physical, occupational therapy and speech therapy provided in natural environments. Individualized service plans address motor, behavioral, social, cognitive, feeding and speech/communication skills in accordance with family concerns and priorities. Family support and social work services are also offered.

Boyer Children's Clinic

Provides diagnostic evaluation and treatment for any child, birth to 5 years old, who have a neuromuscular disorder, such as cerebral palsy, or developmental delay including those caused by autism. Offers inclusive toddler and preschool educational groups.
