Families with children from birth to age 3 who may have disabilities or developmental delays. Mental health services extend through age 5 (currently only on Whidbey). Children from birth to kindergarten who may have Autism (currently only on Whidbey).

Provides a range of early intervention services, including full developmental assessments, occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapies, as well as infant and early childhood mental health services, ABA services, education, parent support, and parent resource coordination.
